Grilled Cantaloupe Salad

This refreshing and unique salad combines the sweetness of cantaloupe with the smoky flavors of the grill. Perfect for a light summer meal.

Steps

1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat. 2. Brush cantaloupe slices with olive oil and season with salt and pepper. 3. Grill cantaloupe slices for 2-3 minutes on each side, until grill marks appear. 4. Remove cantaloupe from grill and let cool slightly. 5. Arrange arugula on a plate and top with grilled cantaloupe slices. 6. Sprinkle feta cheese and sliced almonds over the salad. 7. Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top. 8. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired. 9. Serve and enjoy!
