Steps
1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix together olive oil, lemon juice, lemon zest, dried herbs, salt, and pepper.
3. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it. Let it marinate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Grill the chicken breast for about 6-8 minutes per side, or until cooked through and the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
5. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
