Steps
1. Clean the octopus under cold running water, removing the beak and ink sac if still attached.
2. In a bowl, combine olive oil, minced garlic, parsley, oregano, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
3. Add the octopus to the marinade, ensuring it's well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
4. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
5. Remove the octopus from the marinade and place it on the grill. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side until it's charred and cooked through.
6. Remove from the grill and let it rest for a couple of minutes before slicing into pieces.
7. Serve with lemon wedges and drizzle with any remaining marinade.
