Steps
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. In a small bowl, mix the garlic powder, dried parsley, dried dill, salt, and pepper.
3. Rub the trout fillet with olive oil, then coat it evenly with the herb mixture.
4. Place the trout on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
5. Bake the trout in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes, or until the fish flakes easily with a fork.
6. While the trout is baking, melt the butter in a small saucepan over low heat.
7. Stir in the fresh lemon juice and cook for another minute.
8. Once the trout is done, serve it drizzled with the lemon butter sauce and garnished with a slice of lemon.
