Steps
1. Preheat your grill or grill pan to medium-high heat.
2. Brush the chicken breast with olive oil and season with salt and pepper.
3. Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked.
4. While the chicken is grilling, place the peach halves cut side down on the grill for 2-3 minutes until grill marks appear.
5. Remove the chicken and peaches from the grill; let them rest for a couple of minutes.
6. Slice the grilled chicken and peaches.
7. In a bowl, toss the mixed greens with lemon juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
8. Top the salad with sliced grilled chicken, peaches, and feta cheese if using.
9. Serve immediately and enjoy your meal!
