Steps
1. Season the turkey cutlet with salt, pepper, thyme, and rosemary on both sides.
2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add the turkey cutlet.
3. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through.
4. Remove the turkey from the skillet and keep warm.
5. In the same skillet, add butter and minced garlic; sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
6. Add lemon juice to the skillet, stirring to combine, then pour the sauce over the turkey cutlet.
7. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
