Steps
1. In a small bowl, mix together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
2. Preheat a skillet over medium heat.
3. Add the chicken thigh to the skillet and sear for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
4. Pour the honey mixture over the chicken and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes, basting the chicken with the glaze occasionally, until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze thickens.
5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh herbs, and serve hot.
