
Steps
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- In a small bowl, mix honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, grated ginger, salt, and pepper.
- Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken thigh with salt and pepper, then sear it skin-side down for about 5 minutes until golden brown.
- Turn the chicken over and pour the honey mixture over it.
- Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the glaze is caramelized.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve warm.
