Steps
1. Preheat oven to 375F.
2. Place beef in a baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
3. In a bowl, mix the yogurt, beer, nuts and mustard until combined.
4. Spread the yogurt mixture over the beef.
5. Bake for 20 minutes, or until beef is cooked through.
6. Serve with a side of your favorite vegetables.
