Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Once heated, add the beef strips and Italian seasoning. Cook for 5 minutes.
3. Then add the broccoli, carrots, mushrooms, and onions. Stir frequently. Cook for 8-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender.
