Steps
1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
2. Add the onion and garlic and sauté until lightly browned and fragrant.
3. Add the shrimp and cook until they are just cooked through, about 1-2 minutes.
4. Add the broccoli and cherry tomatoes and cook for an additional 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
5. Meanwhile, bring a pot of salted water to a boil, add the pasta and cook according to package directions.
6. Drain the pasta and add it to the skillet with the shrimp and vegetables.
7. Stir to combine, then season with salt and pepper.
8. Sprinkle the freshly chopped parsley over the top and serve.
