1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika to create the glaze. 3. Pat the chicken thigh dry with paper towels and season it with a pinch of salt. 4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat.
