1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix together the ketchup, soy sauce, honey, garlic powder, black pepper, and paprika to create the glaze. 3. Pat the chicken thigh dry with paper towels and season it with a pinch of salt. 4. Heat the olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken thigh, skin-side down, and sear for about 5 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden. 5. Flip the chicken thigh and pour the ketchup glaze over it. 6.
