Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C).
2. Grease an 8x8 in (20x20cm) baking dish with 1 tsp of oil.
3. Break eggs into the baking dish and season with salt and pepper.
4. Sprinkle with garlic, chili flakes, parsley and a drizzle of the remaining olive oil.
5. Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your preference.
6. Serve and enjoy!
