This is a simple and tasty low-carb Arabian side dish that is deliciously flavored with garlic, chili, parsley and olive oil.

Steps

1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C). 2. Grease an 8x8 in (20x20cm) baking dish with 1 tsp of oil. 3. Break eggs into the baking dish and season with salt and pepper. 4. Sprinkle with garlic, chili flakes, parsley and a drizzle of the remaining olive oil. 5. Bake for 10-14 minutes, or until eggs are cooked to your preference. 6. Serve and enjoy!
