Steps
1. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
2. In a small bowl, mix olive oil, lemon juice, dill, parsley, garlic, salt, and pepper to create a marinade.
3. Place the salmon fillet in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, letting it soak for about 15 minutes.
4. Once marinated, place the salmon skin-side down on the grill.
5. Grill for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until the salmon is cooked through and flakes easily with a fork.
6. Serve garnished with lemon slices and a sprinkle of fresh herbs.
