Steps
1. In a skillet, heat the sesame oil over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken breast and cook until browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
3. Stir in the soy sauce, sriracha, and season with salt and pepper. Cook for another 2 minutes.
4. Remove from heat and let cool for a minute.
5. On a large lettuce leaf, layer the cooked chicken, bell pepper, cucumber, and cilantro.
6. Carefully fold the lettuce leaf over the filling and enjoy as a wrap.
