Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 200°C/400F.
2. Place the chopped chicken onto a baking tray, season with salt and pepper, add garlic and olive oil. Roast for about 20 minutes, flipping occasionally.
3. While chicken is baking, prepare the broccoli. Place the chopped broccoli onto a separate baking tray, season with salt and pepper, pour curry and 2 tablespoons sour cream over it. Roast for about 15 minutes.
4. Heat cooked white rice in a pan or microwave.
5. Serve chicken, broccoli and rice on one plate.
