Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and oregano.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side, or until fully cooked.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for about 30 seconds.
6. Add the cherry tomatoes and olives, cooking until the tomatoes are soft, about 3-4 minutes.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet, allowing it to warm through with the olive-tomato mixture for a couple of minutes.
8. Garnish with fresh parsley before serving.
