
Steps
- In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt and pepper. Cook them to make scrambled eggs.
- Toast the bread slices until golden brown.
- Spread the minced garlic and grated ginger on one side of each bread slice.
- Place the scrambled eggs on one bread slice.
- Top with cucumber slices and tomato slices.
- Close the sandwich with the other bread slice.
- Cut in half and serve.
