Mushroom Carbonara

This vegan-inspired carbonara recipe is flavorful, creamy, and so easy to make!

Steps

1. Clean and cut the mushroom into thin strips, massage with olive oil, salt and pepper and cook in a pan over medium heat for 3 minutes. 2. Stir the mushroom in the pan and add the nutritional yeast. 3. Pour the coconut milk and let cook for 2-3 minutes. 4. Add the cooked macaroni and stir for around 2 minutes. 5. Serve and enjoy!
