Octopus, Beer and Salmon Fried Rice Plate

A rich and flavorfull plate, with a mix of seafood and alcohol flavors. Perfect as a side dish for a dinner with friends.

Steps

1. Start by marinating the octopus with the beer, white wine, garlic and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Leave it to rest for 15 minutes. 2. Meanwhile, add the remaining olive oil to a hot pan, and start cooking the salmon. 3. When the salmon is ready, add the marinated octopus and fry it for about 10 minutes. 4. Once the octopus is cooked, add the previously cooked rice and mix it with the rest of preparation. 5. Add some parsley for decoration and flavor. 6. Serve hot.

Octopus (1/2 piece), Beer (2 tablespoons), Salmon (1/2 piece), white wine (1 tablespoon), olive oil (1 tablespoon), Rice (150 gr.), garlic (1 clove), parsley (1 tablespoon).
