Octopus with Fennel & Tomato Sauce

This octopus dish comes together super quickly and is packed full of flavor!

Steps

1. Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. add the garlic and sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant. 2. Add the octopus and cook for 2 minutes. 3. Add the tomatoes, fennel, saffron, salt and pepper. 4. Sauté for about 5 more minutes until the octopus is cooked through and the fennel is tender. 5. Serve and enjoy!

-1 small octopus, cleaned and cooked -½ cup chopped tomatoes -2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil -1 teaspoon of garlic, minced -1 small fennel bulb, thinly sliced -1 teaspoon saffron -Salt and pepper to taste
