Red Wine Braised Short Ribs

Tender and flavorful short ribs braised in a rich red wine sauce, perfect for a cozy dinner.

Steps

1. Season the short ribs with salt and pepper. 2. In a large pot, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the short ribs until browned on all sides. Remove and set aside. 3. In the same pot, sauté the onions and garlic until softened. 4. Add the red wine and beef broth, scraping up any browned bits from the bottom of the pot. 5. Return the short ribs to the pot, cover, and simmer on low heat for about 2-3 hours or until the meat is tender. 6. Serve the short ribs with the red wine sauce, garnished with fresh herbs.
