Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
3. Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
4. Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
5. In the same skillet, add sliced apple and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
6. Add chicken broth, honey, and thyme to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
7. Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 2 minutes to heat through and allow flavors to meld.
8. Serve warm, drizzling any remaining sauce over the chicken and apples.
