
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and cinnamon.
- Add the chicken to the skillet and cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the skillet and set aside.
- In the same skillet, add sliced apple and cook for 2-3 minutes until slightly softened.
- Add chicken broth, honey, and thyme to the skillet, stirring well to combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet and simmer for another 2 minutes to heat through and allow flavors to meld.
- Serve warm, drizzling any remaining sauce over the chicken and apples.
