1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). 2. In a small bowl, mix the fruit jelly, soy sauce, Dijon mustard, and minced garlic until well combined. 3. Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper. 4. Heat olive oil in an oven-safe skillet over medium heat. 5. Sear the chicken breast for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden brown. 6. Brush the jelly glaze generously over the chicken. 7.
