Steps
Steps of Preparation:
1. Mash the banana in a bowl.
2. Beat the eggs in a separate bowl until lightly frothy.
3. In a skillet on medium heat, melt the butter.
4. Once the butter has melted, add the mashed banana and cook for 1-2 minutes.
5. Add the beaten eggs and 1 tablespoon of milk and stir gently.
6.Cover the skillet and cook for 5 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
7. Serve immediately.
