Steps
1. Heat garlic and sesame oil in pan over medium-high heat.
2. Add shrimp and ginger, cook until shrimp is pink and almost done.
3. Add cubed tomatoes. Stir fry for 2 minutes.
4. Add rice and white wine. Stir fry for 3 minutes.
5. Salt and pepper to taste. Stir fry for an additional 1 minute.
