
Steps
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until onion becomes translucent.
- Add black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine and cook for 5 minutes, until beans are heated through.
- In a separate pan, warm the tortillas until soft and pliable.
- Assemble the tacos by placing a scoop of the black bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, sour cream, and a squeeze of lime juice.
- Serve immediately and enjoy!
