Steps
1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add diced onion and minced garlic, and sauté until onion becomes translucent.
2. Add black beans, cumin, chili powder, salt, and pepper to the pan. Stir well to combine and cook for 5 minutes, until beans are heated through.
3. In a separate pan, warm the tortillas until soft and pliable.
4. Assemble the tacos by placing a scoop of the black bean mixture onto each tortilla. Top with shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, chopped cilantro, sour cream, and a squeeze of lime juice.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
