1. Rinse the squid rings under cold water and pat dry. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 3. Add minced garlic and chopped chili to the pan, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Add squid rings and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until just cooked through and slightly opaque. 5. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. 6.
