Steps

1. Rinse the squid rings under cold water and pat dry. 2. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-high heat. 3. Add minced garlic and chopped chili to the pan, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. 4. Add squid rings and cook for 2-3 minutes, stirring frequently until just cooked through and slightly opaque. 5. Season with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice. 6. Remove from heat and toss with fresh parsley. 7. Serve immediately, optionally with a side of steamed vegetables or crusty bread.
