Steps
1. Cook the spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
2. In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sauté for 1 minute until fragrant.
3. Add shrimp to the pan, season with salt and black pepper, and cook for 3-4 minutes until shrimp are pink and cooked through.
4. Toss the cooked spaghetti into the pan with the shrimp and garlic, mixing well to combine.
5. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh parsley and Parmesan cheese if desired, and serve immediately.
