Step 1: In a large bowl, combine baby spinach, sliced hard-cooked eggs, mushrooms, crumbled beef, Swiss cheese, and toasted almonds.
Step 2: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add shallots and garlic, cooking until softened, about 2 minutes. Whisk in vinegar, mustard, and honey. Add crumbled beef, season with salt and pepper, and heat until warm.
