Steps

1. Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). 2. In a bowl, combine ground beef, bread crumbs, chopped onion, minced garlic, salt, pepper, and Worcestershire sauce. 3. Mix well until all ingredients are evenly combined. 4. Shape the mixture into a small loaf and place it in a small baking dish. 5. Spread 1 tbsp ketchup evenly over the top of the meatloaf. 6. Drizzle olive oil around the meatloaf. 7. Bake in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until cooked through. 8. Remove from oven and let rest for 5 minutes before serving. 9. Serve with a side of vegetables or mashed potatoes for a complete meal.
