Steps

1. Brew a strong cup of black tea and let it cool. 2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the cooled tea over it. Marinate for at least 30 minutes or up to 2 hours in the refrigerator. 3. Remove the chicken from the marinade and pat dry. Season with salt and pepper. 4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and golden brown. 5. While the chicken cooks, mix lemon juice, honey, minced garlic, and chopped parsley in a small bowl to make the sauce. 6. Once cooked, transfer the chicken to a plate and spoon the lemon herb sauce over the top. 7. Serve immediately, optionally with steamed vegetables or rice.
