
Steps
- Toast the bread lightly and set aside.
- In a pan, sautè the mushrooms until lightly browned.
- Add the canned tuna and season with salt and pepper, stirring to combine.
- Layer one slice of bread with the tuna and mushroom mixture followed by the sliced tomatoes.
- Top with the other piece of toast, then cut in half and serve.

- 3 ounces of canned tuna
