Steps

1. In a small bowl, mix the white wine, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and pepper. 2. Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over it, ensuring it's well coated. Marinate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours in the fridge. 3. Heat the olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 4. Remove the chicken from the marinade (reserve the marinade) and add it to the skillet. Cook for about 5-7 minutes on each side, or until cooked through and golden brown. 5. Pour the reserved marinade into the skillet and bring to a simmer for 2-3 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld. 6. Serve the chicken drizzled with the sauce and a lemon wedge on the side.
