Steps
1. In a bowl, mix the shrimp with soy sauce, beer, sesame oil, salt, and pepper. Let it marinate for about 10 minutes.
2. Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add a little oil.
3. While the skillet heats, toast the bread slices lightly on one side.
4. Spoon the marinated shrimp mixture onto the un-toasted side of each slice of bread, spreading it evenly.
5. Place the shrimp-topped bread in the skillet, shrimp side down, and cook for about 3-4 minutes until the shrimp is cooked through and the bread is golden.
6. Carefully flip the toast and cook for another 1-2 minutes to crisp the other side.
7. Remove from the skillet, garnish with chopped green onion, and serve hot.
