Chicken Shawarma with Tabbouleh Bulgur

Steps

1. Marinate the chicken breast with shawarma spice mix, olive oil, salt, and pepper for at least 30 minutes. 2. Cook the bulgur by boiling water, adding bulgur, and simmering for about 15 minutes until fluffy. 3. In a bowl, combine cooked bulgur, parsley, tomatoes, cucumber, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make tabbouleh. 4. Grill or pan-fry the marinated chicken over medium heat for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. 5. Slice the chicken thinly and serve it over the tabbouleh bulgur with pita bread on the side, if desired.
