Steps

1. Cook the pasta in salted boiling water according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. 3. Add sliced pork to the skillet, season with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes. Remove pork and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add a little more olive oil if needed, then sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 30 seconds. 5. Add sliced mushrooms and cook until they release their moisture and turn golden, about 5 minutes. 6. Return the pork to the skillet and stir in the heavy cream. Let it simmer for 2-3 minutes to thicken slightly. 7. Toss the cooked pasta into the skillet, mixing well to coat it with the creamy sauce. 8. Adjust seasoning with salt and pepper. 9. Serve hot, garnished with fresh parsley and a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese if desired.
