1. Cook fettuccine pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain. 2. Season chicken breast slices with salt and pepper. 3. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat; cook chicken slices until golden and cooked through, about 4-5 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. 4. In the same skillet, add minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute. 5. Add shrimp to the skillet, cook until pink and opaque, about 2-3 minutes per side. Remove and set aside. 6. Pour heavy cream into the skillet and bring to a gentle simmer. 7. Stir in grated Parmesan cheese until melted and sauce thickens slightly. 8. Season sauce with salt and pepper to taste. 9. Return shrimp and sliced chicken to the skillet, coating them with the sauce. 10. Toss cooked pasta in the sauce until well combined. 11. Serve immediately, garnished with chopped parsley.
