Ginger Pork Stir-Fry

This flavourful stir-fry is bursting with Asian flavour and is incredibly easy to make!

Steps

1. Heat the oil in a wok over medium-high heat. 2. Add the pork and ginger and stir-fry for 1 minute. 3. Add the onion, red pepper and garlic and continue to stir-fry for 1 minute. 4. Add the soy sauce and stir-fry until the pork is cooked through, 2-3 minutes. 5. Taste and season with salt as needed. Serve with noodles or rice.
