Honey Nut Asian Pasta

1. Cook the pasta according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside. 2. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the sliced onion and minced garlic and sauté until translucent and fragrant, about 3-4 minutes. 3. Add the cherry tomatoes to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes, until slightly softened. 4. In a small bowl, whisk together the honey, soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and red pepper flakes (if using). 5. Pour the honey mixture into the skillet and stir to coat the vegetables. Cook for another 2 minutes. 6. Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss to combine. Cook for an additional 2 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld together. 7. Remove the skillet from heat and sprinkle the chopped nuts over the pasta. Toss gently to distribute the nuts evenly. 8. Season with salt and pepper to taste. 9.
