Lobster, Bean and Mushroom Side Dish

Steps

  1. In a medium skillet, add the butter and olive oil and put over medium heat.
  2. Add the diced pepper, garlic clove and mushrooms, and cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked but not softened.
  3. Add the cooked lobster, white beans and avocado, and cook for another 3 minutes or so.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat and serve.
