
Steps
- In a medium skillet, add the butter and olive oil and put over medium heat.
- Add the diced pepper, garlic clove and mushrooms, and cook for about 5 minutes, until the vegetables are cooked but not softened.
- Add the cooked lobster, white beans and avocado, and cook for another 3 minutes or so.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste, then remove from heat and serve.

- * 1/3 avocado, diced
- * 1/2 bell pepper, diced
