1. Rinse and drain the chickpeas. 2. Chop the cucumber, red bell pepper, red onion, and cherry tomatoes. 3. In a bowl, combine the chickpeas, vegetables, feta cheese, and olives. 4. In a small jar, mix olive oil, lemon juice, salt, and pepper to make the dressing. 5. Drizzle the dressing over the salad and toss gently to combine. 6. Serve and enjoy!
