Paleo Beef in Coconut Sauce

A delicious Asian-style main dish, Paleo-friendly and made with beef and coconut milk.

Steps

1. Heat the coconut oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. 2. Add the beef slices and cook for 3 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add the garlic, ginger, turmeric, cinnamon, and sea salt and cook for 1 minute. 4. Pour in the coconut milk and fish sauce and bring to a boil. 5. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 3 minutes. 6. Add the honey and stir to combine. 7. Turn off the heat and stir in the scallions, cilantro, and basil. 8. Drizzle with the sesame oil and black pepper. 9. Serve hot.
