Steps
1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
2. Grease a muffin tray.
3. Place a piece of pork in each cup of the muffin tin.
4. Beat an egg in a bowl and pour it over the pork.
5. Sprinkle cheese of your choice over each cup.
6. Bake for 15-18 minutes, or until edges are golden and eggs are cooked.
7. Let the egg cups cool and serve with a tablespoon of natural yogurt.
