Steps
1. Preheat a skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
2. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and minced garlic.
3. Place the chicken in the skillet and cook for about 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
4. In a small bowl, mix the fruit jelly with soy sauce.
5. In the last 2 minutes of cooking, spoon the jelly mixture over the chicken, allowing it to melt and create a glaze.
6. Remove from heat, garnish with fresh thyme or rosemary if desired, and serve warm.
