Spicy Thai Basil Chicken

A flavorful and aromatic Thai dish made with tender chicken, fresh basil leaves, and a spicy sauce.

Steps

1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat. 2. Add minced garlic and sliced chili. Stir-fry for 1 minute until fragrant. 3. Increase the heat to high and add the sliced chicken. Stir-fry until chicken is cooked through. 4. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, fish sauce, and sugar. Pour the sauce over the chicken and stir to coat. 5. Add the fresh basil leaves and stir-fry for another minute until the basil wilts. 6. Remove from heat and serve hot with steamed rice.
