Stir-Fried Beef with Ginger and Soy Sauce

This stir-fried dish is a delicious mix of savoury Beef, sweet Soy Sauce and warm Ginger. Perfect for a quick Asian dinner!

Steps

1. Cut the beef into thin slices. 2. Mince the garlic and grate the ginger. 3. Place a large and deep saucepan or wok over high heat and coat the bottom with the sesame oil. 4. Add in the minced garlic and the beef slices and cook until the beef is nearly cooked through, about 3-4 minutes. 5. Reduce the heat to low, add in the ginger, soy sauce, water and brown sugar. Stir everything together and let simmer for 2-3 minutes. 6. Serve over boiled rice or noodles.
