Steps
1. Preheat oven to 350°F.
2. Melt butter in a medium skillet on low-medium heat.
3. Add diced apple, banana and chopped chicken (if using) to the skillet and sauté for 5 minutes.
4. Turn off heat and stir in grated cheese.
5. Grease a baking sheet, spoon mixture in 4 equal mounds and shape into croquettes.
6. Bake for 15 minutes. Serve and enjoy!
