Steps

1. Heat oil in a wok over medium heat. 2. Add egg to the wok and scramble it until it is cooked all the way through. 3. Add cucumbers, bell peppers, tomatoes, garlic powder, and white pepper to the wok. Cook until the vegetables are tender. 4. Add cooked white rice to the wok and stir to combine all of the ingredients. 5. Pour soy sauce and sesame oil into the wok. Stir to combine. 6. Cook for 1-2 minutes until everything is well-mixed and heated through. 7. Serve hot.
