Garlic Butter Herb Chicken

A simple yet flavorful pan-seared chicken breast cooked in rich garlic butter and fresh herbs. Perfect for a quick, comforting main dish.

Steps

1. Season the chicken breast with salt, pepper, and half of the chopped herbs. 2. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. 3. Add the chicken breast and cook for 5-6 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through. 4. Reduce heat to low and add butter, minced garlic, and remaining herbs to the skillet. 5. Spoon the melted garlic butter over the chicken continuously for 2 more minutes. 6. Remove from heat and let the chicken rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
